B. Payments Are To Be Made On The Schedule Specified During The Order Process. Failure To Make Timely Payments May Result In Suspension Or Termination Of Services.

Content And Usage

A. Ujjwal Kumar Verma Undertakes Regular Backups Of Hosted Data; However, The Client Is Solely Responsible For Maintaining Their Own Backups Of Important Data.
B. In The Event Of Data Loss, Ujjwal Kumar Verma Will Make Reasonable Efforts To Restore Data From The Latest Available Backup, But Cannot Guarantee Complete Data Recovery.
Service Availability
A. Ujjwal Kumar Verma Strives To Maintain A High Level Of Server Availability, But Downtime May Occur Due To Maintenance, Technical Issues, Or Other Reasons Beyond Our Control.
B. Ujjwal Kumar Verma Is Not Liable For Any Losses Or Damages Resulting From Service Interruptions.

Cancellation & Termination

It Is The Responsibility Of The Client To Verify The Successful Registration Of A Domain.

Ujjwal Kumar Verma Accepts No Liability For Failed Domain Registrations Due To Invalid/Insufficient Information, Late Payments, Or Technical Faults Beyond Our Control.

Customers Should Keep Their Accounts And Plugins Up To Date, Use Strong Passwords, And Maintain Their Own Backups.
